A MEDITATION BEER

Our Teodorico Baltic Porter pays homage to King Theodoric of the Ostrogoths. In 500 AD, he and his barbarians swept down into Italy, defeated his adversary in Verona, and ushered in a long era of peace and prosperity. He adored the city and lived here for long periods, having a splendid castle built for him on the banks of the Adige river.

Our Teodorico beer is a bottom-fermented Baltic Porter, brewed with the decoction method, infused with locally sourced forest honeydew. Black in colour, it exudes aromas of toffee, cocoa and coffee. In the mouth, it is generous, well-balanced, and silky.
