TRADITIONAL BEERS
CANGRANDE THE VERONA HELLES
ELEGANT AND GENEROUS
Cangrande, the best-loved and most illustrious Scaliger, a great conqueror and a shrewd politician and administrator, was also celebrated for his generosity. Dante, who was a friend and admirer of the great condottiere, includes him in a canticle of Paradise in his Divine Comedy. Cangrande, who emerged victorious in many battles, inspired this Helles with its proud, generous character.
The Cangrande beer is an elegant interpretation of a lightly hopped Bavarian Helles. A bottom-fermented beer with a golden hue, it is filled with herbaceous and acacia honey scents. It is fresh, pleasantly dry, and highly drinkable.
